Manipal University 2015 CutOff is the criteria of the minimum score that is executed by the University to demarcate the number of candidates for counselling and in order to offer admission to the most deserving candidates in the engineering courses at the Manipal University. The idea of implementing the said criteria by the University is that the number of candidates being higher than the number of seats available so there is need to demit the number of candidates. The CutOff is decided by the examination board and is arrived at after keeping in consideration certain factors like number of applicants, number of seats, etc. Candidates who will score marks equal to or more than the MU OET 2015 CutOff will be shortlisted to be included in the merit list. The names of such candidates will be enlisted in the Merit list in the increasing order of their ranks or the decreasing order of marks).
The candidates whose name will be included in the Merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling round and will be required to mark options of colleges and courses for during the counselling. Separate CutOffs MU OET 2015 will be announced for different categories and courses along with separate opening and closing ranks for each course.
