There are three stages in the selection process of UPSC CAPF, the first one is the written exam. The written exam contained two papers paper I and II. Paper I was an objective type paper, while paper II was of descriptive type. Hence UPSC will release the CAPF 2018 Answer Key has only been released for paper I.

SSC Selection Process

  • Step 1: Written examination or Paper 1 (Objective Type). The mode of exam is online comprises of 200 marks.

  • Step 2: Written examination or Paper 2 is a conventional type for 300 marks. This exam will take place in an offline mode.

  • Note: Please note that there will be no interview round. Selection will be based on the marks secured in the above two papers.

The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC JE admit card in the month of November (tentatively). Please note that your admit card will not be sent to your postal address, the SSC JE admit card will only be accessible for download via online mode only. To download your admit card, you need registration number and your date of birth (DOB). It is advisable to take print out of your admit card for future use. SSC releases the SSC JE Result one after the other. The result of paper 1 will be out first. You can check your SSC JE result on the official site of SSC. We will update this space once the result is out.

SSC CGL Admit Card Tier 1

Staff Selection Commission, SSC would be releasing the SSC CGL Tier 1 Admit Card only after the dates for the SSC CGL Tier I Exam Dates are confirmed. All the candidates who have applied for the SSC CGL 2018 to please note that the Tier I examinations scheduled from July 25 to August 20 were canceled. The revised exam dates for SSC CGL Tier I Exam, however, have not been released. The admit cards for the examination, would in accordance, be released on ssc.nic.in only after the dates.

Candidates can check the official notification for the cancellation of the SSC CGL Tier I Exam on the old website. Candidates may please note that the new revised dates for SSC CGL Admit Card are not available as yet.

Procedure To Download SSC CGL Admit Card

Go to Admit Card tab. A list of regional websites will be opened.

Select the Region.

Click on e-admit card for  SSC CGL.

Enter necessary details, i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth.

Click on “Submit” button

SSC CGL Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 9

Download the SSC CGL Admit Card and take a print out for future reference.

If a candidate has lost their application form, they can download the SSC CGL Admit Card by entering Candidate Name, Father’s Name & Date of Birth. In case of any correction required on the Admit Card, candidates should report to SSC help desk.

 SSC CGL Exam Pattern

There are 4 sections in the Tier 1 exam of SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018, with 100 questions which account for a total of 200 marks. Tier 2 to has 4 sections with 100 questions which account for a total of 200 marks. SSC CGL Tier 1 & Tier 2 exam will be conducted in online mode.  Tier 3 is a descriptive exam and is conducted offline. Candidates need to write Essay/Letter/Application/Precis. Tier 4 of SSC CGL Exam 2018 comprises DEST/CPT these are required for certain government posts. The four tiers are indicated below.
