BITSAT 2015 Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for BITSAT 2015 Entrance Exam, candidates must satisfy each and every condition of eligibility criteria. Without it they will not be able to sit in the exam. If a candidate fills the form without confirming the eligibility conditions and then found ineligible by the board then their form will be cancelled by the board without any notification.

  • Applicants those who are admitted in any of the BITS campus will not be eligible for the exam.
  • They should have qualified class XII or any equivalent exam from a recognized board with

1.Mathematics,
2.Physics,
3.Chemistry and
4.English.
as compulsory subjects.

  • Minimum of 75% aggregate (in PCM+E) and 60% (separately in PCM) is mandatory.
  • If any gap year is there then applicants must give a valid reason for that. If can’t, then they will be ineligible.
  • Applicants should fill the application form only if they meet the above clauses.
  • Board topper candidates will be given direct admission irrespective of their BITSAT 2015 score.

IBSAT 2014 Result Due on 19 January 2015

Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) Foundation of Higher Education was ranked 19, among 50 best Business Schools of India, by Business Today, in 2011 ranking. It was established in 1984 in state of Telangana, as a non-profit educational society. Since then, University has expended it’s branches in 10 more states, which are Uttarakhand, Tripura, Jharkhand, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.

IBS Hyderabad, is the most prestigious among all and offers some of the best management courses. Curriculum of all the IBS-ICFAI Institute, is almost, the same. Admission in all the Institutions is provided on the basis of the scores of common entrance exam and performance in GD and PI round.

Exam is called as IBS Aptitude Test, commonly referred to as IBSAT. This year, exam is being conducted in a 22 day day window, starting form 10 December 2015 and is due to close on 31 December 2015. All the candidates were given 2 hours to finish the exam. There were four sections of Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Date Sufficiency and Interpretation. Each section, except Verbal Ability which has 50 questions, has 25 questions and candidates were supposed to solve all. Questions were of optional type and has 5 options. Candidates were supposed to mark one option, as answer. For correct answer 1 mark will be allotted. Thankfully, there is no provision of negative marking, allowing candidates to use hit and try method. Difficulty level of IBTSAT is lesser in comparison to that of CAT, XAT, MAT etc.

IBSAT 2015 Result will be issued on 19 January 2015. It will be issued in the official website. Organizing committee will issue it online only. No candidate will receive his/her result via post or e-mail or any other medium. Candidates will be able to check it against their registration id and date of birth.

IBSAT 2015 result will be hosted for all the candidates, irrespective of their performance in the exam. It will state candidate’s sectional and overall scores, and will also state candidates performance in written exam. Along result IBSAT 2014 cutoff will also be issue. It will be issued to delimit number candidates for merit list. Actually, cutoff is the minimum marks required to write an exam. Candidates who will fail to secure marks upto or more than cutoff will be disqualified form admission procedure.

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test or KCET is a state level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority for admissions to undergraduate professional courses in Universities/Institutions in the state of Karnataka. KCET 2015 Application Process

For Karnataka State Applicants

For candidates within the state of Karnataka, the KCET 2015 Application Form and brochure will be made available through various schools and colleges across Karnataka. Students will have to first download the Fee Challan from the official KEA website.

The applicant will have to provide details such as their Name, Date of Birth, Category and the Name of the Bank (Indian Bank, Central Bank of India or the State Bank of Mysore). On successful download of the fee challan,candidates will have to pay the requisite fee in any of the respective bank branches.The bank will retain a copy of the Fee Challan, while the remaining two copies will be handed over to the applicant.In order to obtain the application form and brochure, candidates will have to submit a copy of the Challan to the Principal of the concerned school/college. The cost of the Brochure, along with the application form is Rs.650/- for General category candidates and Rs.500 for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category I applicants.

The KCET 2015 Application Form will also be made available through the official website of the Board in the month of February 2015, tentatively. Students who wish to fill up the form through this mode, should download the form from the website and fill up all the required details accurately.

For Applicants outside Karnataka

Applicants residing outside the state of Karnataka and within the territory of India, can procure the application form and brochure through “Speed Post” by sending a self-addressed envelope, along with a Demand Draft for Rs.750/- drawn in favour of “The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”, payable at Bangalore. Students residing outside India, can obtain the application form and brochure by sending a Demand draft for Rs.5000/-.

CBSE Class 12 Result 2015

Candidates will always be eager to know their Class XII Result as it will decide further career of the candidate as on the basis of result they will be able to take admission in various courses. CBSE Class 12 Result 2015 will be released by CBSE in last week of May 2015. The exam will be conducted in March 2015. It will be uploaded on the website of CBSE. IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)

CBSE is engaged with NIC (National Information Center) hence accessing of result through SMS method or IVRS is available for the candidates. The service can be availed at 0.30/minute.

SMS Alert

Candidates can also check their CBSE Class 12 Result 2015 through SMS as well. To avail this service candidates will have to register themselves via SMS. They will have to send a SMS for which they will be charged 1/- for one roll number.

To check the result, they will have to send ‘cbse12 rollno’ to the numbers provided by their network operators. They will get their result on the basis of subject.

Cutoff Marks of UPSEE 2015

UPSEE 2015 Cutoff can be defined as minimum number of marks that a candidate must necessarily score to proceed further. That means, scoring equal to or more than cutoff marks will make candidate eligible to attend the counselling or else their journey ends as they will be disqualified.

UPTU 2015 Cutoff

The officials of the exam will decide the UPSEE 2015 Cutoff after considering various facts like previous year trend, level of examination, number of candidates appeared in the exam, types of questions asked, etc.
On the basis of cutoff candidates will be placed in a merit list which will decide the preference of the candidates to attend the counseling process. SSC CGL 2014 Cutoff, Scorecard

Staff Selection Commission is an organization that recruits staff for various governmental departments through various national level examinations such as CGL, CHSL and more. CGL stands for Combined Graduate Level exam. Through CGL, candidates are recruited to various Group B & C posts in different department of Indian Ministries. Candidates who score marks according to SSC CGL Cutoff are selected for further rounds i.e. Personal Interview/Skill Test. This article is all about the cutoff and other details related to it.
The SSC CGL 2014 exam was conducted on 19 and 26 October 2014. The level of exam was quite high, therefore, the expected cutoff for CGL 2014 is low. However, there is not much differences in cutoff marks as compared to previous year cutoff.  SSC CGL 2014 Cutoff will be issued along with the result of the exam. Result list comes in . Pdf format that comprises the roll number and name of the candidates.

Cutoff marks are the minimum marks that must be scored by the candidates to qualify in that particular exam. These marks are decided by the exam conducting officials to shortlist the best fit candidates for the post. It is decided after considering various aspects like level of exam, previous year cutoff, total number of candidates applied for exam, total attendance in exam, etc. All these facts play a vital role in deciding the cutoff marks.

The candidates those who fail to score marks as per the SSC CGL 2014 Tier 1 Cutoff will be disqualified and cannot appear in the second tier of SSC CGL 2014.

SSC will be releasing the cutoff after the declaration of result. Till then there is no other method to check the exact cutoff marks. Candidates can just only have an idea of the cutoff marks by checking the table given below. This table contains the expected SSC CGL 2014 tier 1 Cutoff marks. NOTE: The cutoff list given above is just tentative and must not be considered final until and unless any official declaration is made by SSC.

SCRA 2015 Admit Card Available on UPSC website

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the SCRA 2015 Admit Card on its website on 23 December 2014. UPSC will conduct the Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination on 18 January 2015 all over the country. SCRA Exam is conducted every year for the selection of candidates for appointment in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Indian Railways.
The e-admit cards are download only through the official website of Union Public Service Commission. The applicant can only SCRA 2015 Admit Card from the official website only because it is clearly stated by the Commission that admit card will not be sent to any candidates personally via post or email etc.  Admit card is an indispensable document which every candidate is required to bring with them to their respective examination centre as mentioned on the admit card. The soft copy of the admit card will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To download the admit card, candidates will have to select any one of the following and enter the detail related to the one chosen by them –  
i.Registration Id
ii.Roll Number
iii.Name

After downloading the e-admit card, candidates are advised to carefully check the details mentioned on it. In case of any discrepancy found, you must immediately bring it to the notice of the Commission. It is important to note that in case photograph of the candidate is not printed clearly on the admit card then candidates must carry three identical photograph with them along with any one identity proof out of the following- Voter Id Card, Passport or Driving License at the venue of the Examination.

In case of any difficulty faced in downloading the SCRA 2015 Admit Card, you may contact the UPSC Facilitation Counter at 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 on any working day between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM.  It is important to note that Commission has issued the rejection letters citing the grounds of rejection of the application of the candidates through emails. Candidates should check their email account to know the reason of their rejection.

Important Instructions to follow-  
i.Commission in its press note has strictly mentioned that mobile phones are banned inside the premises of the examination centre so any candidate bringing mobile phone with them to the exam centre will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
ii.Candidates should reach their exam venue as per the time of reporting mentioned in their SCRA Admit Card.
iii.Candidates must carry with them all the necessary documents mentioned in this article.

UPSEE 2015 Exam Application Form

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam 2015 will be conducted by UPTU in April 2015. Aspirants of UPSEE 2015 are expecting to receive admission in best engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh. UPSEE 2015 Application Form- Fee Payment

To pay application fee for offline application form candidate will have to pay Rs. 1000/- (General and OBC candidates) but SC/ST candidates and woman candidates will be paying Rs. 500/- as application fee. This fee will be paid on the spot, at the time of purchasing application form.

VITEEE 2015 Exam, Eligibility Criteria – Check Here

The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is a standardized online test conducted by VIT University for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses. The computer based entrance test is conducted in India and abroad every year. VITEEE 2015 is slotted to be conducted from 8 April 2015 to 19 April 2015. Every student who intends on taking the entrance exam, should verify the eligibility norms for the exam first. Violation of the eligibility requirements will lead to direct disqualification of candidates for admissions. The eligibility conditions for VITEEE 2015 have been stated below, for the reference of candidates.
VITEEE 2015 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

The applicant for admissions to the University should be a Resident or Non Resident Indian National.
Age Limit

Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1 July 1993 will be eligible to apply for VITEEE 2015. The date of birth of the candidate as recorded in the High School / X Certificate /SSC will be considered authentic.

Qualifying Examination

Only candidates who have completed Full time, Regular and Formal Education are eligible to apply for the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination 2015.Applicants should have either completed or should be appearing in any one of the following qualifying examinations in 2015:

The final examination of the 10+2 system (Higher Secondary Examination) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), State Board or the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE)
Pre-University Examination or Intermediate Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma.
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination at the Advanced (A) Level.
Qualifying Percentage
The qualifying percentage for candidates appearing for the Engineering Entrance Examination in 2015 is an aggregate of 60% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology in the qualifying examination.
The average marks obtained in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biology in the qualifying examination should be 50% for candidates from the following categories:

  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe category candidates.
  • Candidates from the North Eastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur, Sikkim, Nagaland and Tripura and Jammu and Kashmir.

Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be eligible for admissions to all the 15 Engineering Degree Programmes of VIT University. However, candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be eligible only for Biotechnology programmes and B.Tech.Bio-Medical Engineering. Such candidates are also eligible for B.Tech. Computer Science and Bioinformatics Engineering, but will have to mandatorily register for Mathematics as a bridge course on joining.

WBJEE 2015 Application Form to be filled from 22 December 2014

The application form needs to be filled to apply in any of the exam. Candidates interested to apply in entrance exam conducted by WBJEE will have to fill the WBJEE 2015 online Form. The WBJEE board was formed in 1962 and since then it is conducting the entrance exam to admit candidates into various undergraduate and post graduate courses.

It is compulsory to fill and submit the application form before the last date. Any form received after the last date will not be accepted by the board. Candidates qualifying in WBJEE 2015 will be able to get admission in medical, engineering, dental, pharmacy, etc courses in private and governmental colleges as well. WBJEE is considered one of the most preferred exam for the admission by the candidates.

Prior to filling the WBJEE 2015 Application Form, candidates must make sure that they are eligible for the exam. To do so they must check themselves on the guidelines of eligibility released by the board. If even a single condition left unsatisfied then they will be considered ineligible for the exam.

  • The minimum age required to apply for exam is 17 years. Candidates less that 17 years of age are ineligible for the exam.
  • Minimum of 17 and maximum of 25 years of age is allowed for the candidates applying for marine engineering.
  • They must have successfully completed class XII with the required subjects before filling the WBJEE 2015  Form.

It is mandatory to fulfill all these conditions so as to submit the application form. If any candidates fills the form even after being ineligible then their form will be cancelled by the board without any fees return.

  • Visit the WBJEE website and click on the link for filling the application form.
  • Fill in all the details that is required in the form.
  • The form must be filled correctly and completely.
  • Pay the fees for WBJEE 2015 Application Form.
  • Once filling the form is completed, then candidates are required to submit it and take a print out as well for future references.

Important Points:
