Details For SCRA 2015 Result

Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) is a post for which candidates are selected by a planned recruitment process organized by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Candidates have to go through a tuff selection process only after which the SCRA candidates are selected. SCRA 2015 Result will decide whether the candidates are selected for Mechanical Engineering UG program in Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Jamalpur.

Result is something for which candidates wait eagerly after the exam. It decides their further journey in the process. Candidate’s performance in exam is reflected in his/ her result. Similarly, the candidates appearing in SCRA 2015 exam will be waiting for the release of their result. SCRA 2015 Result

SCRA 2015 Result is quite an important and essential document for the candidates those who are appearing in the SCRA 2015 exam. It will be released in two phases by UPSC. These phases are:

• Result of written exam showing the names of the candidate’s selected for interview.
• Result of personality test (finally selected candidates).

In the first phase the candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test. Out of total number of candidates the qualified candidates will have to appear for the personality test round. Then the candidates those who perform well in the interview round will have to go for document verification round and medical checkup as well. The candidates qualifying in all these rounds will be selected finally for the SCRA.

These finally selected candidates will be appointed as SCRA and will have to go under medical examination as well. It is generally conducted in three weeks from the day of final result declaration. As we already mentioned that no fixed date has been issued by the officials therefore candidates must keep themselves updated by visiting the website on regular basis. Since Union Public Service Commission is responsible for organizing the exam therefore candidates can find each and every details on the website of UPSC itself.

The medical test of candidates is organized by Ministry of Railways. In general it is conducted within 21 days from the date of result declaration. It is expected the selection and result pattern of 2014 will be repeated for SCRA 2015 Result but still candidates must wait till any official notification is released by the board. SCRA 2015 Admit Card Available on UPSC website

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the SCRA 2015 Admit Card on its website on 23 December 2014. UPSC will conduct the Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination on 18 January 2015 all over the country. SCRA Exam is conducted every year for the selection of candidates for appointment in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Indian Railways.
The e-admit cards are download only through the official website of Union Public Service Commission. The applicant can only SCRA 2015 Admit Card from the official website only because it is clearly stated by the Commission that admit card will not be sent to any candidates personally via post or email etc.  Admit card is an indispensable document which every candidate is required to bring with them to their respective examination centre as mentioned on the admit card. The soft copy of the admit card will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To download the admit card, candidates will have to select any one of the following and enter the detail related to the one chosen by them –  
i.Registration Id
ii.Roll Number
iii.Name

After downloading the e-admit card, candidates are advised to carefully check the details mentioned on it. In case of any discrepancy found, you must immediately bring it to the notice of the Commission. It is important to note that in case photograph of the candidate is not printed clearly on the admit card then candidates must carry three identical photograph with them along with any one identity proof out of the following- Voter Id Card, Passport or Driving License at the venue of the Examination.

In case of any difficulty faced in downloading the SCRA 2015 Admit Card, you may contact the UPSC Facilitation Counter at 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 on any working day between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM.  It is important to note that Commission has issued the rejection letters citing the grounds of rejection of the application of the candidates through emails. Candidates should check their email account to know the reason of their rejection.

Important Instructions to follow-  
i.Commission in its press note has strictly mentioned that mobile phones are banned inside the premises of the examination centre so any candidate bringing mobile phone with them to the exam centre will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
ii.Candidates should reach their exam venue as per the time of reporting mentioned in their SCRA Admit Card.
iii.Candidates must carry with them all the necessary documents mentioned in this article.
