Students to register for JEE Advanced After declaration of JEE Main 2016 Result

JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is conducted on National level and its scores is taken as deciding factor for various best engineering colleges in India for allotting admissions. Since 2012, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been conducting this examination in lieu of AIEEE and IIT-JEE. The JEE examination is conducted in 2 stages. First, being the JEE Main exam and second being JEE Advanced exam. Students who qualify the Main examination are only considered eligible for the Advanced examination.

The JEE Main entrance examination for the year 2015 was conducted on 04 April 2015 in pen-paper mode wherein both Paper-I and II were held for both, engineering and architecture course aspiring students. While the computer based JEE Main examination for the year 2015 was held on 10 and 11 April 2015, which was held only for Paper – I i.e. for engineering course aspirants.

The declaration of the JEE Main 2016 Result will be done on 27 April 2015 wherein the scores of all the appearing students will be provided. The Mains result of the JEE exam will be published by CBSE on the JEE Main official website. Although students tend to estimate their marks that they believe they will be able to score as soon as the exam is over using widely available unofficial JEE Main answer keys. On the basis of this announced result, JEE Main cutoff list will also be prepared and issued by CBSE.
