Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka popularly known as COMEDK will conduct the entrance test on 14th May 2016. Under this exam, seats will be allotted to the candidates in undergraduate courses in the state of Karnataka. So, the candidates who are willing to pursue their undergraduate courses from Karnataka, can fill the COMEDK Application Form.

COMEDK – Application Form Details
Candidates who are willing to give COMEDK exam can obtain the application form in online mode only. This form will be published on the official website in March 2015 tentatively. Candidates are required to go through the guidelines mentioned below before filling the application form so as to avoid any inconvenience or confusion.
- Candidate must check the speed of the internet while filling the form
- Aspirants are required to give complete details in the application form. Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to cancellation of the form
- Candidates are advised to fill the form on time. Exam Authority will not accept any form after the last date.

How to Submit COMEDK Application Form
Candidates are required to follow the steps mentioned below while filling the application form.
- Access the website of COMEDK
- Click on the link named- COMEDK Application Form
- Application Form will appear on the screen. Candidates are advised to give all the correct details while filling it.
- Lastly, click on submit option
After submitting the form, candidates are advised to take two print outs of the filled application form. Retain one safely and send the other one at the address mentioned on the official website. When the application form is submitted successfully, candidates will get 6 digit application number.
List of certificates to be attached with COMEDK Application Form
- It is mandatory for the candidates to attach Xerox copies of the following certificates along with the application form
- Class 10th and 12th Std detailed mark sheet
- School leaving certificate indicating candidate’s date of birth
- SC/ST/OBC certificates (If applicable)
COMEDK 2016 Application Form Fee
Application form fee is Rs. 1200 for the candidates who are appearing for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) where as it is Rs. 1500 for the candidates appearing for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. (PCMB). This fees can be paid in any nationalized bank in favour of “COMEDK” payable at Karnataka.
