Candidates must fill the Jaypee B.Tech 2015 Application Form to appear in the exam. The candidates qualifying the exam will be able to take admission in undergraduate engineering courses. Admission will be provided in one of these three institutes:
1. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.
2. Jaypee University of Information Technology, Wakanghat.
3. Jaypee University of Engineering Technology, Guna.

Candidates those who want to fill the application form for Jaypee B.Tech 2015 exam must first ensure whether they are eligible for the exam or not. The Jaypee B.Tech 2015 Application Form will be available via online and offline mode as well.
Offline Mode
The candidates those who want to fill the application via offline mode will have to purchase the form in person from one of the above mentioned campuses. It can be purchased on payment of 1000/-. Candidates can also submit a DD of 1000/- in favor of JIIT, Noida. If they cannot visit these campuses then candidates can purchase the form from the selected branches of PNB or IDBI bank as well.
Online Mode:
To fill the form via online mode candidates will have to visit the official website of Jaypee. They can register themselves there by providing all the details that are asked in the form. Fees payment can be done via credit or debit card, DD or net banking as well.
After filling the Jaypee B.Tech 2015 Application Form candidates will have to send the application to the address given below:
“The Registrar, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, A-10, Sector 62, Noida – 201307, U.P.”
The candidates those who have submitted their fees via online mode should write ‘ ONLINE REGISTRATION INTERNET BANKING’ on the envelope in which they are sending their applications. Whereas if they have paid online fees using DD, then they must write ‘ONLINE REGISTRATION DEMAND DRAFT’. Candidates should also mention their ID number on the form.

The candidates must assure the payment of application fees otherwise the application process will be considered incomplete. Those who want to submit fees via online mode will have to pay 900/- and fees for the candidates preferring offline mode for fees payment is 1000/-.
Other Important Points
- Before filling the form candidates must make sure whether they are eligible for the exam or not. Applications of ineligible candidates will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Applicants should keep a copy of application form for any further references.
- In online form submission, a unique application number will be assigned to the candidates which must be kept safe by them.
- If fees is paid via DD, then candidates must mention their application number on the back side of DD.
