IES Application Form 2016 – Union Public Service Commission has released the Application form for the coveted Indian Engineering services (IES) examination which is scheduled to be conducted on 27th, 28th and 29th May 2016. The Application form would remain on the official website of UPSC till 25th March 2016 and only the online application mode would be entertained. To fill the Application form, the candidates will have to visit the official website of UPSC. The examination for the same will be conducted on 27th May 2016. The IES Application form 2016 will be released by the UPSC on its website. The examination will be conducted for the candidates who have already completed B.Tech or equivalent degree from various engineering colleges of the country. Following are the B.Tech which is allowed to take part in the IES Exam 2016:

3. Electrical Engineering
4. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
The candidates who have had the above mentioned courses as their department in Engineering are only allowed to take part in the examination.
