NEET 2016 Answer Key is the compilation of correct answers to the questions asked in NEET 2016 Exam. The candidates who took the phase 1 test on 1 May 2016 may have already checked their answers; for the phase 2 candidates, the key will be issued soon after the exam is over on 24 July 2016. There are two major sources of obtaining the key – official website of the exam and EntranceCorner. In the former, CBSE will compile the answers and release it on 7 August before taking it down on 9 August 2016. The latter will compile answer key from various private coaching institutes and put them on a single page for candidates to download.
One can use the NEET 2016 Answer Key to find how many answers given by him in the exam are correct and how many are wrong. Using this, he can come to know of his performance and thus odds of getting selected in either MBBS or BDS, as chosen in the application form. By getting the count of correct and incorrect answers and using the exam pattern, candidate can find out his estimated score in the examination. This will help him to compare the score with cutoff of various colleges and see which colleges is he likely to get allotted in the counselling round.
NEET 2016 Answer Key will be issued for all the sets of the question paper and hence it will be easy for the candidate to classify his suitable key. Arrangement of the answers will be similar to the arrangement of corresponding questions in the exam. The estimated score, as described above, can be fed into rank predictor tool and college predictor tool to determine estimated rank and colleges to be allotted.
