Every year the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the central teachers’ eligibility test (CTET) to fill the vacancies brought out by the Government of India in the Primary, secondary and higher secondary schools.

CTET 2015 is a two part examination for entry into primary and secondary level schools. The candidates can choose either of the one or both depending upon their eligibility or interest. Eligibility Criterion for CTET 2015:

For Primary Level (Class 1 to 5):

The candidates applying as teacher for the primary level must have passed Intermediate or Graduation with at least 50% marks in order to be eligible. They must have also done a 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized Institute by the MHRD.

For Secondary Level (Class 6 to 8):

The candidates applying for the Secondary level must have done Graduation with at least 50% marks and must have completed B.Ed. with at least 45% marks for being eligible. They must have also done Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized Institution.

Steps to check CTET 2015 Result

Initially, candidates have to visit the official web portal of CTET/ CBSE. Then, search the CTET Sept 2015 Result Link. Enter the asked information i.e Roll Number & Date of Birth in the provided space. Your result of CTET September 2015 Exam will appear on the screen.

After announcing the CTET Result 2015, cutoff marks will be issued. Cutoff marks are the minimum requirement of marks that a candidate must have attain in the examination in order to get the certificate.
