GATE 2018 Admit Card – The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering will be held by IIT Roorkee, for the admission of the deserving candidates into M.Tech courses, offered by IITs, NITs and CFTIs. The GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) has been concluded and the candidates whose form has been accepted, are looking forward to the GATE 2018 Admit Card. The candidates will be able to download the Admit Card from January 05 till February 11, 2018, through GOAPS. The Admit Card must be carried by the candidates to the allotted exam centre on the day of exam. The candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the Admit Card for the future references. Along with the GATE Admit Card 2018, a Photo Identification Proof must be carried to the exam centre as they mentioned in the GATE Application Form.

How to Download the GATE 2018 Admit Card

• In order to download the Admit Card of GATE 2018, candidates must log in through GOAPS.
• To log in, enter the GATE 2018 Enrolment ID/Email Address and Password.
• Do not forget to enter the Captcha Code in the designated place.
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
• Check the discrepancies in the Admit Card of GATE 2018 and download it.
• In case of none, save the same.
• Take two coloured print-outs of GATE Admit Card on an A4 size paper.

Candidates are advised to keep a soft copy of the Admit Card for future references and at least two print-out copies.

Details mentioned in GATE Admit Card 2018

The following details will be mentioned in the Admit Card

• The Date and Time of the exam
• Photograph & Signature on left-hand side
• Exam Session
• Registration Number
• Name of the Aspirant
• GATE 2018 Exam Centre address
• Name of the GATE paper the candidate is appearing for

There will be unique bar code for each GATE 2018 Admit Card with the Registration Number mentioned in it.

How to Download GATE Admit Card 2018?

How to Download GATE 2018 Admit Card – The issuance of Admit Card of GATE 2018 will begin from January 05, 2018. The conducting authority, IIT Guwahati will issue it online only for the candidates whose application form will be accepted successfully before the lapse of the deadline. The last date to download the GATE 2017 Admit Card will be February 11, 2018. Candidates are advised to take a print out of the admit card, as it must be carried with them to the exam centres on the date of exam. To download the Admit Card of GATE 2017, one must login through GATE Online Application processing System and entering the required details. GATE 2018 will be held for the admission of the deserving candidates in M.Tech courses offered by IIT’s, NIT’s and CFTI’s.

 

Downloading Procedure GATE 2017 Admit Card

• Candidates must login through GOAPS
• GATE 2017 Enrollment ID/E-mail Address and Password must be entered.
• Enter the Captcha Code in the space provided.
• Clicking on ‘Submit’ button will display the GATE Admit Card.

Candidates are advised to check the admit card before downloading for print out. Take two print out in colour on an A4 size paper.

Forgot GATE 2017 Enrollment ID or Password

If a candidate cannot remember their Enrollment Number or Password, they need not worry. The process to retain it are as follows:

• Go to the recovery portal.
• In the portal, three option will be provided.
  A. Request for an OTP
  B. Already have an OTP
  C. Have forgotten the Enrollment ID.

• To get the password, candidates must click on “Request for OTP”. An OTP – One Time Password will be sent to the candidates on the registered E-mail ID and mobile number.

• Through these steps, candidates will be able to get admit card.

If candidates have the OTP number, they must click on “Already have an OTP” to reset the password.
