SSC CGL Admit Card is required by the candidates to appear in the exam. Candidates without the admit card will not even be able to enter the exam hall. Candidates need to download their admit card from the website of SSC. It will also be sent to the candidates via post. The admit card will be uploaded on the regional websites of SSC. SSC CGL 2015 exam will be conducted on 9 and 16 August 2015. Candidates must start downloading their admit card as soon as it is available on the website. However it will be sent to them via post as well but it will be better if they download it via online mode as well. Commission will be releasing SSC CGL Admit Card 2015 only for the candidates those who have successfully submitted their application for the exam. Admit card is also known as ‘Hall Ticket’ as without they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. It will be containing various details about the candidates like their name, exam date and time, exam venue, registration number or roll number, etc. Admit card must be kept preserved even after the commencement of the exam as it will be required for reference purpose. If the candidates do not receive their admit card via post or not able to download it from the website 7 days before the exam then they must contact the concerned authorities at the regional office of SSC as soon as possible.
How To Download SSC CGL Admit Card?
As admit card will be available via post as well but here we are providing the steps that will help candidates in downloading their SSC CGL Admit Card from the website of SSC:
1.Visit the official website of SSC.
2.Click the link for downloading the admit card.
3.Enter all the details that are asked after clicking that link. Required details include registration number, birth date.
4.Submit these details.
5.If the submitted details are correct then the required admit card will appear on the screen.
6.Candidates need to download it and save it.
7.They must also take multiple print out of their admit card.
After downloading the admit card candidates must check whether the details in the admit card are correct and do not require any correction in it. Candidates will have to bring their original SSC CGL Admit Card to the exam hall as duplicate admit card will not be accepted. They must also bring one of the photo identity card issued by government for authentication purpose.
