COMEDK 2015 Application Form has been released officially on the website of Consortium Of Medical, Engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka . Eligible and interested candidates can start filling their application form from 2 March 2015. The form submission process will continue till 8 April 2015, 5 pm. COMEDK 2015 Application Form Steps Involved
Registration of Candidate
First and foremost step in direction of submitting the COMEDK 2015 Form is registering themselves. Candidates will have to register themselves by requesting for ‘Request For Application’ form. To get this form candidates will have to provide their details. They will have to enter their name, birth date, ID proof details, contact details.
Fetching Username & Password:
Once the RFA is confirmed candidates will be registered with COMEDK. On registration they will receive a username and password on their registered email ID. Candidates will have to login again to the website where they can access the Online Application Form or OAF.
Filling Up the Form:
In this step they will have to enter all the details that are required in COMEDK UGET 2015 Application Form. It is an important step as the details required in the form must be correct and complete as well. If any mistake is encountered in the form then it will be cancelled or rejected. Candidates will have to enter their own details, their parents details, educational details, gender, nationality, etc.
In this step only they will have to enter the DD details as well. They will have to enter the DD number and other fee details. Enter your qualifying exam details and upload the required images as well.
Check all the details filled in this step and submit the form. Once the form is submitted, a unique six digit bar coded application number will be generated. This number must be saved by the candidate as all the further processes will be carried out through this number only.
Sending The Form to Office:
After submitting the COMEDK 2015 Application Form candidates will have to take a print out of it. Candidates also have to make a declaration and get it attested by their parents. Candidates must also take the signature of Principal or Head of Institute last attended.

- Now without the application fees, the form will not be accepted. Therefore it is necessary to submit fees along
- with application form to complete the form submission process. Candidates those who want to appear in 3
- subjects will have to pay 1200/- as application fee and for four subjects they need to pay 1500/-.

- Before starting the application process, candidates must keep their DD ready with them
- They must write their name, application number, contact number and address at the back side of DD
